Cafe Mocca is our favorite brunch and lunch café in the center of Geilo. It serves a wide range of appetizing sandwiches, croissants, cakes and some soups, hot chocolate and all kinds of coffee. You can also buy coffee, tea and different types of chocolate and licorice. The walls are covered with art for sale, made by local artists. It varies between paintings, prints and photographs. The exhibition changes about every other month. In addition to the tables inside, Cafe Mocca has a nice outdoor area with sofas along the house wall and small tables in the space outside. Here you can sit and have a full overview of Geilo's "new" pedestrian street from the sun begins to warm in March and well into October - when the weather allows it.
